The Cookmobile is a mobile kitchen for use in food, health, and nutriti
on programs in public libraries. The Cookmobile is equipped with a convection oven, induction cooktop, sink, microwave, electric griddle, and Vitamix blender. It also comes with cooking tools, utensils, pots and pans, bakeware, measuring tools, and other kitchen gadgets. The best part is that all of this equipment fits perfectly inside the Cookmobile!
The Cookmobile is available for three-month periods. We encourage interested libraries to plan at least four programs to make good use of your time with the Cookmobile. Partnering with organizations in your communities can be a great way to reduce the cost of supplies and to encourage more attendance.
